All funds will be placed in escrow with an administering agency, in the name of the check winners: Any competitor winning money can be paid directly if so requested, under laws governing Amateur surfing status.
COMPETITION SCHEDULES:
Once events are set, there will be no deviation from published schedules, or formatting of heats. We are currently scheduling four man heats with first and second advancing.

We will accept standby entrants for a division, in case someone scratches or has an emergency requiring them to miss their heat. Those standby entries will be returned to the competitor at events end, anyone else desiring a refund, must send a letter to A.P.S. stating the reason why they believe a refund is in order.

On the off chance there are ties or heats where the slots are not filled in the first and second rounds, we will reserve the option of using a repercharge heat consisting of the highest third place finishers by score to fill that heat. When cap limits on an event are filled, that event will close to registration.
